Out of the box solution
The InsPanel is a complete out of the box solution
and does not require any other 3rd party software
for implementation other than the software that
comes bundled with it. |

Administration Capabilities |
Services
Server Administrators can start, stop or restart
all services running on the server (e.g. IIS,
FTP, PcANYWHERE etc.). |
Backups
Server Administrators can backup InsPanel's database,
User Sites & Mails and other application data

Server Reboots
The server can be rebooted from the control panel. |
Account Permissions
Server Administrators can fix common problems
with incorrect permissions on web sites right

Detailed Account Usage Stats
Detailed usage stats where Server Admins can see
the amount of Disk/Bandwidth usage for all resellers
AND all resold accounts created under each reseller.
Detailed reports also include the individual disk/bandwidth

Resource Usage Notifications
Configurable resource usage notifications via
e-mail are sent out the Server Admin, Reseller

One extremely useful feature in the InsPanel is
the ability to create a custom placeholder or

(www) folder of all Reseller Accounts created |
Skeleton Directory Support
Server Admin's as well as resellers can copy custom
files to the skeleton directory under their FTP
account. When a new account is created the files
are automatically copied to the new account. This
is ideal for offering custom scripts with your
hosting plans. |

Remote/Local Mail Server
The InsPanel supports both local and remote
installations of the XMail. This allows a web
host to optimize use of available resources as
one remote installation of the XMail can handle
e-mail for multiple servers. |
Features
The XMail is an industry strength, scalable
mail server solution and supports POP, SMTP. A
user can add/modify auto-responders, catch-all
mailboxes, forwarders etc. |
Web Mail
The Open Source webmail client UebiMiau
to provide webmail support for XMail. The default
skin provided for UebiMiau with InsPanel has been
modified to allow a mail user to change their
password. |
